Welcome, I’m Glad You're Here!

Learn more about Homeopathy and rooted health & home

Meet the Founder

I'm Jennie Rader

With more than two decades in the healing arts, I blend my experience as a nutritionist, registered nurse, birth doula, and homeopathic educator to support women in restoring hormone harmony, honoring natural rhythms, and pursuing whole-person wellness. As a wife and mama to five, I know that good health flows from the home. My own health journey has deeply shaped my passion for approaches that work with the body—supporting hormones, cycles, and circadian health in a way that’s truly sustainable.

A health crisis in 2010 sparked my shift toward modalities that create lasting healing rather than temporary relief. Since graduating as a Practical Homeopath in 2022, teaching women and families to use this powerful, gentle medicine has been one of my greatest joys. I stay rooted in curiosity, continually learning, and consistently amazed by the body’s God-designed ability to thrive when given the right tools.

Beyond my work, you’ll find me exploring creation with my family, cooking and hosting in my home, or serving in our church—staying grounded in what matters most.

What is Homeopathy?

Homeopathy is a gentle, holistic system of healing that works with the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Rather than suppressing symptoms, homeopathy seeks to support the whole person—body, mind, and emotions—by using highly diluted natural substances chosen to match an individual’s unique pattern of symptoms.

Used for over 200 years, homeopathy is safe for all ages and stages of life. It honors the body’s innate wisdom and can be a supportive tool for acute issues, chronic imbalances, and overall wellness, especially when used alongside lifestyle practices that promote true, rooted health.

Fun Facts About Me

Our family has a small urban farm with bees, chickens, and a garden on less than an acre and we’ve been restoring our 100+ year old house for over 12 years. Dreams do come true.

Hiking national parks with my family are some of my favorite adventures. We’ve traveled the country in our van together for many years and have hit something like 20 parks.
