Working together is a collaborative and personalized process that supports your whole health. Through one-on-one holistic health coaching, we focus on nourishing the body with foundational nutrition, aligning daily habits with natural rhythms, and providing education that empowers confident choices. Homeopathy may be used as a gentle supportive tool alongside lifestyle and nutrition to encourage balance and resilience, always honoring your unique season of life.

Once you schedule a one-on-one consultation, you’ll receive an online health questionnaire to provide background information and help me prepare for our time together. During our session—either in person or online—we’ll clarify your goals, review your current concerns, and develop a personalized wellness plan with clear next steps to support your health and hormones.

Jennie specializes in women’s health across the lifespan, supporting hormonal harmony from puberty through menopause. She offers women’s health and family consultations, caring for both everyday ailments and deeper chronic imbalances with a holistic approach that honors the whole person. She does not offer or require testing to work together.

This is a course designed to help you understand and confidently use homeopathy in your everyday life.

For generations, families have leaned on gentle, effective remedies to care for everyday ailments. But somewhere along the way, many of us lost touch with these simple tools. Homeopathy at Home brings you back to the basics—rooted in timeless wisdom and made clear for modern family life.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel grounded, capable, and confident using safe, natural homeopathic remedies in your home—bringing peace and empowerment to your family’s wellness journey.

Cycle Awareness Course

Led by Jennie Rader, RN, PHOM, this interactive mini-course helps girls (ages 9–14, though open to all) and their moms navigate puberty with confidence and compassion.

Using the Period Genius curriculum, Jennie offers clear, age-appropriate teaching on cycles with a holistic, faith-affirming perspective that fosters dignity, self-respect, and joy.

This 4 hour course is designed for mamas and daughters to take together and has a focus on body literacy and learning the basic of charting the cycle. The course will use both videos, conversation, and activities to keep participants engaged and informed.

Topics included:

  • Anatomy of female reproductive system

  • Physical and emotional changes of puberty

  • How to care for yourself during the phases of the cycle

  • Basics of charting the cycle for health

  • What is "normal" and what is not with tips on interventions for cycle health

Nourish Collective

Nourish Collective is an online women’s health community rooted in natural, time-honored approaches to hormone and whole-person wellness. Designed for women in every season and stage of life, Nourish offers gentle guidance through nutrition, circadian rhythms, homeopathy, herbs, and supportive lifestyle practices.

Through monthly coaching and ongoing education, you’ll learn how to work with your body’s natural rhythms—cultivating balance, resilience, and lasting vitality in a grounded, supportive space. Each month you’ll enjoy seasonal blood sugar friendly recipes, practical guides, support, accountability, and community as you build habits to truly support your hormones, mood, energy, health and life.
